Pacific Solstice was founded by the same co-founders who both started and run Strength in Support. Strength in Support is the largest nonprofit organization in Southern California, that provides mental health services to active service men and women, United States veterans, AND their family members.
Much of the same clinical team is shared by both organizations. in fact, the two offices are just adjacent to each other. More often than not, when clients no longer require a higher level of care in their treatment, they move on to Strength in Support for long-term aftercare.
So, whether you’re struggling with issues related to PTSD, depression, anxiety, physical or sexual trauma, or chemical dependency, we’ve got you covered! This is what we do here, and this is what we specialize in.
Our extensive work with the military community has been our greatest privilege. We don’t discriminate based on when you served, how long you served, or what your status of discharge was. If you ever wore the uniform of the armed services of the United States of America, we would be awfully proud to be of service to you and your family.
Since Strength in Support and Pacific Solstice are both founded and run by the same team, it is not surprising that both organizations share a philosophy of not just helping the individual, but also addressing the entire family. Whenever possible, we advocate for the family to receive education, support, and counseling, both separately and simultaneously. Although it’s not always possible, this is how we like to work and what we find to be the most effective.
So please don’t be hesitant to contact us if you are challenged with Behavioral Health or Addiction issues, because this is the work that makes us grateful to be clinicians in the first place. We do not judge those we treat. Both Strength in Support and Pacific Solstice can be your safe locations for quality treatment.
